Inspired by the centuries-old French recipe for Gratin Dauphinois, we added smooth, buttery Emmental and other Swiss cheeses to create a luxurious and innovative new twist on tradition. Our potato gratin always comes out of the oven rich and creamy with a perfectly browned and bubbly cheese top. Plus, each serving is individually portioned and can be cooked from frozen for speed and convenience.
